RFIDSU's waterproof snap paper NFC wristbands are made from PP synthetic paper — a material that combines paper-like printability with plastic-level water resistance and tear strength. The one-piece plastic snap-button closure locks securely once pressed and cannot be re-opened without cutting, making these wristbands a reliable one-time-use credential for events, water parks, festivals, and access control.
The entire surface of the wristband is printable — full-bleed custom artwork, event branding, sequential numbering, barcodes, and QR codes can all be applied across the full width and length. Three standard sizes are available: 255×44mm, 250×25mm, and 250×19mm, catering to different event styles and wrist sizes.
These wristbands are standard-equipped with HF/NFC chips (NTAG or MIFARE series) for tap-to-read, cashless payment, access validation, and social media linking. UHF 860-960MHz chip options (Monza R6) are available on request for longer-range applications. Chip-free versions are also available for customers who need pure print-only identification or admission credentials at a lower cost.

What NFC chips are available, and which one should I choose?
We offer NTAG213 (144 bytes, best for URL redirect and simple data), NTAG215 (504 bytes, popular for NFC games and longer URLs), NTAG216 (888 bytes, for larger data payloads), MIFARE Classic 1K, and MIFARE Classic 4K. For most event and access control applications, NTAG213 is sufficient and most cost-effective. Contact us if you need guidance.
Do you offer UHF (long-range) RFID versions of this wristband?
Yes. In addition to the standard HF/NFC version, we can produce this wristband with UHF 860-960MHz inlays (Monza R6) for applications that require longer read ranges (3-8 meters). UHF wristbands are commonly used for marathon timing, vehicle access, and warehouse personnel tracking. Contact us with your application scenario for a recommendation.
How much of the wristband surface can be printed?
The entire wristband face is printable from edge to edge — there are no restricted zones. You can run full-bleed event artwork, color bands, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, and QR codes across the full width and length of the wristband. This applies to all three standard sizes.
Are these wristbands truly waterproof?
Yes. PP synthetic paper is inherently waterproof — it does not absorb water, swell, or tear when wet. These NFC wristbands are suitable for water parks, pools, outdoor festivals, and rain conditions. The NFC chip and antenna are laminated inside the wristband and are equally protected.
What sizes are available, and can I request a custom size?
Three standard sizes: 255×44mm (wide format for festivals), 250×25mm (mid-width for general events), and 250×19mm (slim format, suitable for children). Custom dimensions are available for larger orders — please contact us with your specific requirements.
