RFIDSU's PPS Button NFC Laundry Tags are compact, durable NFC identification tags molded from high-temperature PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) engineering plastic in a round button design. Operating at 13.56 MHz with a read range of 1–3 cm, these tags deliver reliable NFC performance through extreme industrial washing, drying, and sterilization conditions.

The button design features a Ø15mm round body with a 2mm center hole, allowing secure sew-through attachment to garments, linens, and textiles. Only 3mm thick, the tag can be discreetly embedded into garment edges or seams without affecting wearer comfort. PPS material provides exceptional heat resistance up to 200°C, making these tags suitable for autoclave sterilization and high-temperature drying processes.

With ISO 14443A / NFC Forum Type 2 compliance and compatibility with NXP NTAG213, MIFARE Classic 1K, and Fudan F08 chips (plus 125kHz and ISO15693 options on request), these tags withstand approximately 200 industrial wash cycles.
