Heat-press UHF RFID laundry tags are designed for efficient textile tracking in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and commercial laundry services. These tags embed RFID technology through a heat-sealing process, providing robust tracking solutions that optimize operations.

Durability:

Designed to endure over 200 industrial wash cycles.

Resistant to high temperatures, detergents, chemicals, and mechanical stress.

 

Performance:

Long read range (up to 23 feet) and compatibility with UHF RFID systems. The size of the RFID tag directly impacts its read range. Larger tags typically offer longer read ranges due to their ability to accommodate larger antennas, enhancing signal strength and reader detection capabilities.

 

Customization:

RFIDSU allows for size customization, text, serial numbers, barcodes, QR code print, encoding and seamless integration into various RFID tracking systems.

 

Soft Textile Material:

Comfortable and flexible, suitable for textiles.

 

Size Options:

35x15mm, 40x15mm, 58x15mm, 70x10mm, 70x15mm, 70x18mm, 75x15mm or customized, thickness 1.5mm;

 

Heat press Parameters

Temperature: 218°C for 15-20 seconds.

Pressure: ≥0.6 MPa for optimal adhesion.

Risks: Temperatures below 210°C or pressures under 0.6 MPa may result in poor adhesion.

Customization: For large orders, RFIDSU provides adhesive formulations that can be tailored to specific temperature requirements, ensuring compatibility with unique application processes.

 

Washing conditions

Washing temperature: -25℃ – 110℃

Washing cycles: 200 cycles

Water extractor process: 60 bars

Chemical resistance: all common wash-resistant chemicals

High temperature resistant:

Washing: 90℃/15 minutes

Ironing: 190℃/12 seconds

Pre-drying: 180℃/20 minutes

Sterilization: 135℃/20 minutes

 

Installation Guidelines

Tag Placement:

Personnel Management: Install at the junction of the shoulder and arm.

Hotel Linens: Place in the corners or discrete areas to avoid user detection.

Fabric Production: Install in corners;

 

RFID Antenna Polarization:

Circularly Polarized Antennas: No alignment required with the reader antenna.

Linearly Polarized Antennas: Align the tag’s polarization direction with the reader antenna to ensure functionality.
