Step 1: Ensure NFC Functionality on Your iPhone
NFC Availability: If you have an iPhone XS or above version, the NFC function is automatically enabled. (Note: Android users may need to manually enable NFC in their device settings.)
NFC Location: The NFC module on iPhones is typically located on the back, near the top edge.
Step 2: Verify NFC Tag Compatibility
NDEF Format: Make sure your NFC tags are in NDEF format, the popular chips include NTAG213, NTAG215, NTAG216, compatible NTAG chips and more.
How to Program Your NFC Tag:
Download an App: Install either the NXP TagWriter or NFC Tools app on your iPhone.
Check Tag Functionality: Use the app to read your NFC card, ensuring it’s functioning correctly.
Select a Programming Option: In the app, choose the “Write” option to see available programming types (e.g., link, wifi, text).
Add Your URL: Select the “Link” option and enter your desired URL.
Write to the Tag: Tap your NFC tag with the iPhone to write the data.
Verify the Program: Tap the NFC tag again to confirm the data has been successfully written.
